Order

Once you've placed your order, your product should ship within 1-2 business days. Once the product has shipped, you should receive a tracking number in the same email as your order confirmation. If you're having any difficulties tracking your order, please reach out to our customer support group at [email protected]

We ship internationally, no matter where you are, you will get the product from any parts of the world.

If you need to make any amendments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. 

 Orders can not be cancelled after 24 hours has passed, as we'll have most likely shipped it out of our warehouse already.

If you need to make any amendments, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order as soon as possible after placing the order. 

If your parcel has already been shipped out to the wrong address, we will have to charge you a shipping fee to resend your parcel to you again.

Yes, we do. Please contact us before purchase if you need any item in bulk.

Note: Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery to the rest of the world.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 business days during peak periods.

**Shipping timelines and cutoffs are based on shipping estimates provided by DHL, USPS, and any other carriers we may use. Please note that we cannot control or be liable for any delays nor guarantee any delivery dates due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. weather-related, acts of God, natural disasters, or other Carrier related delays).

Sometimes your country’s custom department may hold some product temporary, sometimes without explanation. Though these cases are relatively rare, we suggest calling your customs department to release your item immediately.

If for some reason your order is never released, we will send you a replacement.

We understand finding the right pillow is a daunting task. The Sleep Dream Pillow is designed to be a perfect fit for most sleepers, but in case it's not for you, you're covered by our 100-night trial, which starts from the date that your pillow is delivered.


There’s no better way to test out a pillow than in your very own home! If for some reason you're not completely in love with it, contact us, and we will organize your refund.


If 100 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that returned dirty, broken, damaged, or stained items will not be eligible for a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive a brand new pillow.
