We’re confident that you’ll love your new SleepDreamPillow product, but if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns as simple as possible.
If you decide that your SleepDreamPillow products aren’t right for you within 30 nights*, the return process is easy.
All our pillows have a 30-day sleep on their trial which starts upon receiving the pillow. If you do not fall in love with our pillows, you may return them for a full refund. Just contact us and we’ll organize your full refund.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Please note that items that are returned dirty, broken, damaged, or stained will not be eligible for a refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If you purchased expedited shipping instead of our default free shipping, expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable.
All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive a brand new pillow.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO:
- The item(s) authorized for return must be in its original packaging and received in like-new condition—without rips, tears, or stains.
- A Return Authorization is required and can be obtained by emailing us at [email protected]
- All documents and accessories shipped with the item(s) ordered must be included in the package
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us
We reserve the right to cancel an order placed in error before it has shipped.
Canceling your order may not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected] support. To provide our customers with the best possible experience, many orders ship within hours and cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
Cancellations via email may be accepted, but do not consider your order canceled until you have received verbal or written communication from SleepDreamPillow confirming your cancellation.
